Refund & Exchange Policy



  • Return or exchange is acceptable within 7 days from the date of purchase
  • Apparel must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags/labels attached.
  • Products should be in its original condition along with all contents and packaging.
  • Original invoice should be submitted to process the Refund or Exchange.
  • Sale items are not included in Refund & Exchange policy.


  • We will refund shipping costs on damaged merchandise or in the case that we shipped the wrong item(s). Otherwise, you are responsible for shipping and packing costs.
  • Used merchandise and Special Orders cannot be returned.
  • Bicycles cannot be refunded, we can, however, issue a store credit.
  • Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.
  • A Note on returning web orders in-store: we are happy to accept returns of web orders in our retail locations, however, due to the nature of maintaining separate inventories refunds cannot be applied until the item is routed back to the web warehouse which takes 2-3 days


·        Exchanges

  • In-Store Exchanges: if something's not quite perfect with one of your items purchased at Bicycle Warehouse just bring it back to one of our locations for an exchange. Please note: not all items are stocked at all locations if you are curious if your new item is available please give us a call and we can make sure it's here when you stop in.
  • Online Exchanges: we aren't able to offer automatic exchanges right now, so instead, we provide a combination of free returns, free shipping, and store credit for all Saudi . orders to make sure you receive the correct size.
